FIELD JUDGING 3rd Sep 2010
A recent incident has to come to the fore where a National Judge (Target) believed that as a National Judge, they were also qualified to judge at Field events.

Please be aware that this is not the case. All Judges are only qualified to the level at which they judge. You cannot be qualified in both disciplines unless you have taken examinations and been promoted to either discipline.

I am a National Target Judge and also a Candidate Field Judge and will remian so until I pass an examination to become a County Field Judge.

ELECTRONIC SCALES 19th Aug 2010
I refer to the Easton Electronic Scale (or any other electronic scale)
At a recent Flight shoot an archer was having his Compound Bow weighed using an Easton Electronic Scale. Whilst at full draw, the scale casting popped open and part of the mechanism holding the loop came out.
This caused the bow to "Dry Fire" and the part of the mechanism that came out struck the archer on the back of the hand before flying off to land some distance away. Fortunately, injuries were minor, but it does raise a few concerns:-
The first is the safety aspect. The part that came out could have struck a judge or other archer, depending on where they would be standing, so I reiterate to all judges that when weighing bows, with whatever type of scale, to make sure the archer is on the shooting line when they draw up and that everyone else is behind the archer..
The second point is the device: Is this just a one off freak accident, or is possibly a manufacturing fault that is just coming to light. We don't know as yet, but I advise all judges to be aware of the possibility of injury when using these scales and to ensure that the archer is on the shooting line, facing towards the targets before allowing them to draw their bows.
The archer involved has stated that he will never use one of these devices again and will ask for a mechanical scale or a dead weight to weigh his bow in future.

ECLIPSE RISER 12th Aug 2010
At a recent Clout Tournament, an archer attended with an Eclipse Riser to shoot Barebow. The Judge in charge advised the archer that this riser was illegal for shooting barebow.
This is correct for Field Archery Rule 502 (b)(i).
But not for Target and Clout Rule 204 (a).
Judges to Note that an Eclipse Riser in only illegal in Field Archery and can be shot as Barebow for Target and Clout Archery.

SCOPES ON THE LINE 5th Jul 2010
Each week, I get a query from archers who want to know the correct ruling about leaving Scopes on the line at a GNAS Tournament.
The rule is simple, they MUST be removed after each end of shooting. They may be shared by archers, but after that end of arrows, they must be removed to the Equipment area.

I am told by archers that this isn't always so, some judges say it is their discretion whether scopes may be left on the line at GNAS shoots.
NO IT ISN'T. A judge has no discretion, they must be removed.

There is one exception to this - disabled archers may leave their scopes on the line subject to the judge's discretion on the day.

Judges only have discretion at a FITA shoot.

REGIONAL JUDGES - J5's 12th May 2010
It has come to the Committees attention that a rumour exists in that Regional Judges are not filling in J5 Forms.

If a RJ wishes to go forward to National Judge, then these forms are necessary and must be filled in at each tournament. I understand that some RJ's feel that they are going no further on the promotion ladder, but they are a necessary part of judge's equipment and should always me available at every tournament for inspection by the COJ.

Only when you reach National Judge Grade need you stop filling in these forms, however, all NJ's still have to submit a record of their workload every 5 years, so they need to keep track also.

JUDGES 28th Mar 2010
I appear to have rattled a few cages with the item from the Conference reference Judges attending Conferences. My apologies for that but please read on.

1. All Judges must attend a National or Regional Conference at least once every 4 years.
2. Any Regional Judges wanting promotion to National Judge must have attended a National Conference within 3 years of the Application.
3. Candidate Judges may apply to take the promotion examination, but if after 2 years from taking the first examination, they have not managed to pass for promotion, they will be removed from our records.

The Committee feel that keeping up to date with legislation or rule changes, meeting other judges is better at a conference either Regional or National. We cannot force you to attend, but for Candidate, County or Regional Judges, promotion will not follow unless you do.

ARROW WRAPS 10th Mar 2010
Those of you who attended the Conference Recently will remember a discussion concerning Arrow Wraps and the FITA Interpretation.
FITA have now issued a new BYE LAW to clear up any confusion with regard to the interpretation.

Book 3 Article 8.3.2.7.1.
An arrow consists of a shaft with head (point) nock, fletching and, if desired, cresting. The maximum diameter of arrow shafts will not exceed 9.3mm (arrow wraps will not be considered as part of this limitation as long as they do not extend further than 22cm toward the point of the arrow when measured from the throat - nock hole where the string sits- of the nock to the end of the wrap); the points (heads) of these arrows may have a maximum diameter of 9.4mm. All arrows of every athlete must be marked with the athlete's name and initials on the shaft. All arrows used at any end will carry the same pattern and colour(s) of fletching, nocks and cresting, if any.

ARROW WRAPS 10th Mar 2010
*New Bylaw on Arrow Wraps*
Lausanne - 8 March 2010
As a result of the confusing interpretation of 14 January 2010 on Book 2 (3 and
4), article 7.3.1.7.1 - "Arrow Wraps", the French Federation submitted an urgent
bylaw request in preparation for the upcoming European Indoor Championships.
This bylaw, approved by the FITA Council, should resolve the issue on the arrow
wraps and the diameter of the arrows, so that all archers can prepare correctly
for the upcoming European Indoor Championships and other major Indoor
events. This bylaw is in effect upon the date of decision which is 6 March 2010.

_*Book 3, Article 8.3.2.7.1*_
An arrow consists of a shaft with head (point) nock, fletching and, if desired,
cresting. The maximum diameter of arrow shafts will not exceed 9.3mm _(arrow
wraps will not be considered as part of this limitation as long they do not
extend further than 22cm toward the point of the arrow when measured from the
throat -nock hole where the string sits- of the nock to the end of the wrap)_;
the points (heads) for these arrows may have a maximum diameter of 9.4mm. All
arrows of every athlete must be marked with the athlete's name or initials on
the shaft. All arrows used at any end will carry the same pattern and colour(s)
of fletching, nocks and cresting, if any.

UPDATE FROM JUDGES CONFERENCE 2nd Mar 2010
Firstly, to those who attended this year, Thank you for making it such a success.

I also thank Hannah Brown and Ann Jackson for their input which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
A lot of work goes into arranging these events and despite the problems we faced this year, I believe we enjoyed the location it was held as much as the Lecture Theatre.

Approximately 65 Judges attended this year which is just over a 1/4 of our total number. There are judges out there who have never attended.

WELL THAT IS ABOUT TO CHANGE.

We have decided to implement a new system whereby ALL Judges must attend a National Judges Conference at least once every 3 years. Any judge wanting promotion to the next grade MUST have attended a Conference within 2 years of applying. If you haven't don't apply.
The reason for this is so we can ensure our judges are fully updated on new legislation, current rules and get to know other judges from different Regions.

Lastly, the Committee which to pay there respects to the "Noisiest Table". Troupe. This will be an annual award and a Trophy will be purchased.

2010 NATIONAL JUDGES CONFERENCE 23rd Feb 2010
To all Judges attending the Conference this coming weekend.

On Monday of this week, we were informed by the Booking Office at Lilleshall that due to refurbishment not being completed to the Lecture Theatre, we were unable to use it.
This caused great concern in that the problem arose of where we could be accomodated.
We were offered the Duke of Sutherland Rooms (opposite Reception), but after discussion, these rooms were too small for the event.
I made numerous phone calls today and we are now holding the Conference in the Ford Hall Bar Room. This sounds too good to be true, but let me assure you, there is no alcohol in there. (hic) The room holds 70 persons, is equipped with Conference facilities so I accepted it at short notice.
The British Table Tennis Team are training next door in Ford Hall.
We also have access to Ford Seminar 1 for any purposes we wish over the weekend.
May I apologise for this alteration but it was beyond my control and due to the lateness of the cancellation, I am relieved we have a venue.
The Dinner on Saturday will be held in the Main Dining Room as last year. Don't forget your Green Blazers for both the Dinner and the Photograph on Sunday Morning.

CLOUT ARCHERY 31st Jan 2010
I have put an entry into the Magazine Archery UK which refers to a new pile for arrows.

The item is called a JUDO PILE. It is a wierd looking thing, it has a blunt end which is surrounded by 4 spring wires or hooks. The idea is that it hits the ground and stops immediately by the wire catching the ground, tipping the arrow over, this is where the JUDO bit comes from. It will be a lot better for Compound Bow users who shoot a lower trajectory than Recurve/Longbow Archers. The arrow will also be unable to bury or slide under the grass.
Its use comes into effect immediately but only for CLOUT ARCHERY.

It MUST NOT be used for any other competitions.

It has been approved and endorsed by the Operations Committee and the National Judge Committee.

"COMING DOWN" - COMPOUNDS 13th Dec 2009
I put a notice here on this site a few days ago re an incident that has recently occured with a Compound Archer "Coming Down" at an Indoor Tournament.
I asked Judges officiating at Indoor Tournaments to advise Compound Archers to keep bow facing targets should they need tot come down.

COMPOUND ARCHERS - INDOOR ROUNDS 7th Dec 2009
An incident has recently occured at an Indoor Tournament where a Compound Archer decided to "Come Down" before shooting the arrow. Unfortunately, during this manouvre, the release aid triggered loosing the arrow which left the bow, hit the hard deck and returned backwards, fletchings first, between two archers just missing their heads. Luckily, no-one was injured, only shocked.

The National Judge Committee have decided that with immediate effect, all Judges working at Indoor Tournaments advise all Compound Archers (possibly in their introduction address) to point at the target with their bows if they wish to "Come Down", and not at the floor. Hopefully, this will stop any further incidents like the one mentioned from occuring again.
This item will be discussed at the Next Operations Committee Meeting in January hopefully having it entered in the rules.

NATIONAL JUDGE EXAMINATION 30th Nov 2009
NATIONAL JUDGE EXAMINATION QUESTIONAIRE.

The Examination Questionnaire for all National Judges will be available on our website www.gnasjudges.co.uk on the 11th December 2009.

This questionnaire is compulsory for all National Judges with no exceptions.

As we have previously advised, we have no problems with you getting together in groups and working out the answers together. This is probably the best method. Our aim is to get you all conversant with current legislation and practice. Your answers however, must come from you in your own words.

The Paper does not contain any legislation that is forthcoming from FITA; we believe that would be unfair as it is not yet current.

The Paper MUST be returned to Derrick Lovell (address given on the paper itself). This can be done either by email or Royal Mail.

You will have until 22 January 2010 to complete and return the questionnaire, but it MUST be returned by that date.

Any National Judge who refuses to answer or return the paper, or fails to get a mark greater than 85% will be demoted to Regional Judge on 1st March 2010

Our original plan was to offer a second paper, but we have since discarded this idea.

Judges being demoted can try a further paper in September 2010 when all Regional Judges will be getting their Questionnaires. Should you achieve the required mark, you will be re-instated to National Judge. Should you fail, you will remain Regional Judge and be required to undergo the normal procedure to National Judge.

I refer to ALL National Judges which is the highest rank within GB. I include in this all FITA International/Continental Judges unless otherwise exempted.

The questionnaire will be answered at our Conference in February. You will have passed the paper if you hear nothing from the Chairman.

Another very poor year from Regional and County Judges. This year, we allowed County Judges to Judge at National Tournaments. One replied. Seven Regionals replied out off approx 75.
An excellent return from Natioanl Judges, 80% replied.

I take full responsibility for the poor response, I relied totally on this website believing it was being read by all and not sending invites by mail to keep costs down. We achieved that but to what cost.
Next year, we will have to re-think the problem.

We would appreciate that all of you who regularly read this site, please tell colleagues at shoots you attend to do so as well.

NATIONAL TOURNAMENTS 2010 18th Sep 2009
A reminder to all of you out there that there is less than 2 weeks left to get your application returns in for next years National Tournaments.

We have received a good response from National Judges over 36, but as for Regional Judges there have only been 5 replies so far bearing in mind there are 75+ out there. County Judges are even less with zero.

Download from this website and return by email to me.

If you don't apply, you don't get selected.

FINAL RESTING PLACE OF BOB GUNTHER 17th Sep 2009
I have received an email from Bob's daughter, Vicky, who informs me that Bob's ashes were taken out to sea on 16 September by close family and placed in a spot between Spithead Fort and the Mary Rose marker. Its was a fine but choppy day and she believed Bob would have enjoyed the ride out there. A toast was raised to him. This honoured his wishes for a final resting place.

Vicky is arranging with the British Legion on Hayling Island that a plaque in Bob's name be placed in the British Legion Memorial Garden at Elm Grove, Hayling Island. This will be done in the Springtime 2010. If you are in that area at any time, please visit and spend a few moments thinking about Bob, maybe have a chat with him, I'm sure he would like that.

NATIONAL TOURNAMENTS 13th Aug 2009
I am hoping to publish on this site, next years "National Tournament Invitations" for National and Regional Judges. However, due to HQ dragging their heels, the dates are not yet available. As soon as they are, they will be published for download and replies can be returned via email. Anyone wanting a copy by post or if you know of any judges not having access to this site, please let me know and I will mail a copy.
This year, it is hoped that more Regional Judges will reply (17 last year out of 75). It is no use complaining that the same people get the Tournaments each year, they are the ones who reply. No reply, no invite, .....simple!

CLIVE HAYWOOD 28th Jun 2009
It is my sad duty once again to inform you all of the death of Clive Haywood (SCAS).

Clive died in Hammersmith Hospital on Friday morning. His family were at his side and they are sure he was aware they were all with him.

Clive has been 'good' in every sense of the word judge for many years. He was a Regional Judge and very capable in everything he did, extremely reliable and always available at short notice. He will be sadly missed by us all not only as a judge but also as a good friend.
Our thoughts are for his wife Jeanne and his family.

Funeral arrangements are not yet known.

ROBERT GUNTHER 25th Jun 2009
It is my sad duty to inform you all of the death of Robert "Bob" Gunther which occured on Tuesday this week. Details of the cause are not fully known, but it is believed he had a fall at home, was detained in Hospital where he died.
Bob was a very well liked Target/Field Judge from Hayling Island, Hants. He attained National Judge status a few years ago, but due to ill health and being unsteady on his feet, retired to Regional Judge.
It is not known if he has any family, so we are unable to pass on our regret.
I wil keep you all informed should any information be forthcoming.

SUB-COMMITTEE MEMBER 22nd Apr 2009
At the Conference this year, we discussed the possibility of a change of uniform for Judges e.g. Polo Shirts for summer etc.

We have decided to form a Sub-Committee to look into this and would like JLO's to nominate one judge from each Region to be on the committee. We are looking for persons who may have some knowledge of the clothing industry, so please do not nominate just anyone.

The sub-committee will be chaired by Hannah Brown (SCAS) and Ann Jackson (GWAS) is also a member.

It is important that the Sub-Committee consists of both male and female members.

If a change of attire is agreed by Judges, it will of course have to be agreed by the Judge Committee, who will in turn pass it to Operations Committee, so it will take at least a couple of years to be accepted, bearing in mind the initial cost which hopefully will be borne by GNAS.

We would also appreciate any suggestions by all Judges.

RETIREMENT OF NATIONAL JUDGE 18th Mar 2009
Sadly, I have received a letter from Keith Reynolds (EMAS) who has informed me that after 35 years of Judging, he is retiring and hanging up his whistle for the last time.
Keith has been a stalwart in EMAS Judging for many years, probably better known in some circles as Secretary of the British Crossbow Society.
Keith assessed and passed me for my County Judge Exam back in 1990 and was one of the first National Judges I worked with.
In his letter, he wishes all fellow judges all the best and good judging for the future.
I am sure on behalf of us all I can thank Keith for many years service and wish him a long and happy retirement.

CONFERENCE 2009 2nd Mar 2009
Having just returned from I believe a very successful and instructive Conference.

Many attending have stated that it was the best yet, full of interesting content and plenty of "hands on" study.

May I take this opportunity to thank all involved, in particular Hannah Brown and Ann Jackson who gave a superb performance in theory, discussion and practical training.

The National Judge Committee also worked hard to deliver what I believe was a wonderful weekend. Thank you to Neil Foden who took the role of Conference Co-ordinator, a non too easy task, but he carried it out very professionally. My thanks also to Derrick Lovell, David Page, Graham Potts and Peter Fairbrother (and Pink Assistant) who gave us instruction on the Timing System which is now up and running, here on this site. We also learned how to operate the system should elephants cause problems on the shooting field.

To find out how good the Conference is, all you have to do is to book into next years Conference in about September. Next years date is 27/28 February 2010, so don't double book it.

COMPULSARY TRAINING FOR NATIONAL JUDGES 2nd Mar 2009
The National Judge Committee have discussed and decided on the following Training Programme for ALL National Judges. We have many NJ's who have been qualified for a long time, but have received no further Training since their initial promotion.
We are going to implement a new system which will come into effect in 2010.
ALL NJ's will receive a Question Paper and they will have a month to complete it and return it to the National Judge Chairman. How they answer the questions is up to them. They may work with other NJ's but it will ensure that they read their Rule Books and have to get conversant with current rules. There will be a Pass Mark and any Judge failing to reach the mark will be sent a further paper. Should they fail on that paper also, they will be demoted to Regional Judge and will have to go through the normal procedure to re-qualify to National.
This also includes any National Judge that refuses to do the paper or return it.
If this system is successful, we will also have Regional Judges on the scheme at a later date.

Andy Pointon
Chairman

JUDGE APPLICATION FORMS 19th Feb 2009
With immediate effect, all Judge Forms that apply to promotion from Candidate to Regional can be sent within Counties and Regions electronically (email).
This will save time and expense.
Other than the Application for Candidate Judge, it is no longer a requirement for a County/Regional Chairman to sign, this can now be done by the JLO and/or a National Judge (Mentor).
With regard to application from archers to become Candidate Judges, we still request that a County Chairman signs the initial application, this signature is not to be made casually, but with a reccomendation that the archer would make a good judge. From there on, it no longer has to go through Regional Comittees etc, just the Regional JLO.
Hopefully, this system will speed up the promotion process rather than waiting for County/Regional Committees to have meetings.

TARGET FACES 11th Feb 2009
John Poyner has recently judged a Worcester Round and found that the printed faces were too small, quite considerably small.

Would all judges who are intending to Judge any Worcester Rounds be aware and check the face sizes prior to them being used.

I would ask ALL judges to please advise Tournament Organisers of this problem and to be on the lookout for any further faces which may also be too small.

JUDGE CONFERENCE 8th Feb 2009
Only 2 weeks away and all is ready, hopefully.

During the weekend, Scales are weighed and certificated. Any Judge not attending the conference may pass his scales onto anyone who is. They must be clearly named or identified otherwise they will not be calibrated.

A final reminder, any Judge arriving Saturday and wnating lunch should contact Lilleshall reception before the day to arrange. Don't wait until you arrive or you may be refused, they only cook for a limited number.

Don't forget to take your usual Judging equipment, red pens, Stop watches, whistles etc, the usual stuff you take down to the targets.

It is now a choice whether you wear your blazer or casuals for the Conference, we only ask that it is worn for the Dinner on Saturday evening.

I look forward to meeting you all again.

REG BATES - NATIONAL JUDGE 13th Oct 2008
Reg Bates, National Judge in Northern Ireland has had a Stroke, which has left him paralysed down one side of his body. The attack occured about 7 weeks ago, but we have just found out about it. Andy Haggan, NI President has visited Reggie who is still in hospital in Belfast and found him in his usual cheerful state. Reggie is determined to return to Archery if only in a DOS position and Andy has discussed this with him, Reggie thinks he will be back in about 4 weeks, but the truth is it may be a couple of years before he is able.
Reggie was for a time the only National Judge in NI, and each year retired. The following year they brushed him down and got him back. I spoke to him a few months ago at the EuroNations and he told me he has nearly got the full set of Cut Glass he gets each year.
Andy will keep in touch and update us. I have written to his wife, Irene and sent a Get Well card from all UK Judges.

KNIVES 14th Jul 2008
At last, this topic has been discussed and the following is what should be done.
It is illegal for any person to carry a knife in a public place unless it is being carried for a specific purpose e.g Armed Forces, Police, Persons requiring a knife to to there job (Carpet Fitter etc). However, an archer may carry one secreted within his Tackle Box to go to and from a shoot.
At the shoot, the knife may be carried to and from the target for removal of arrows from stands. We strongly advise that it is then stored back within the tackle box on return. Please, if an archer stops shooting for a break etc, the knife should always be removed from their person, if carried and put in a safe place.
With the growing problem the country if having regarding knives, the less they are seen the better.

COLOURS 14th Jul 2008
I have just returned from an Operations Committee Meeting at Lilleshall and I brought up the problems we are having with colours. No matter what I requested, I was told that the colour rules remain as they are. So, my advice to you is let archers wear any variation or colour as long as they are not Cammoflauge? or Denim Material.
I also queried Trousers. I have always maintained that trouser length is ankle length. Again I was told I was wrong, they may wear half leg trousers (those between knee and ankle) if they wish. This is GNAS ONLY of course. FITA is quite clear on the matter.
Shorts = any type goes. I remember GNAS banning the tight fitting ladies Lycra shorts many years ago. There is nothing about them in the rule book, allow them.

TONY CORBETT 7th Jul 2008
Well, what a surprise.
I have been at the Euronations in Belfast over the last weekend and who should turn up, no other than Tony Corbett, direct from his bed to get an assessment on himself.
Thankfully, Tony is well on the mend and back Judging. He did so well that he was assessed in practical and Theory and was promoted to Regional Judge.
Not to be outdone, I also assessed Ciaran Campbell as well, and he was also promoted to Regional Judge.

KNIVES 8th Apr 2008
You will have noticed that the item in the last bulletin on knives has been removed. This is due to the large response we have had from Judges etc on this issue. After this weekends meeting at Lilleshall, it was decided to implement the ruling immediately, but without any proper policies as to how it will be policed and what do we do if archers refuse etc, we have decided to temporarily suspend the rule until after the next Archery UK issue (Summer) when all will be explained and a proper rule made. So, I apologise for any problems we may have caused, but please ignore it till later in the year.

UPDATE ON GRAHAM POTTS 14th Mar 2008
Graham came home Tuesday afternoon and will be on crutches for a while. He doesn't have a plaster cast on but his leg is pinned from his knee to his ankle keeping his leg in place and making it able to heel. He broke his Fibia and Tibia, but his ankle is OK. His foot can touch the floor but cannot take any pressure.
He will be out of Judging for at least 6 weeks +, but hopes to be back (leg healing) later in the summer.
If he fly's he should be quite tuneful going through the xray machine at the airport.

GRAHAM POTTS 10th Mar 2008
Further new on Graham's injuries.
I have today spoken to his wife and the accident happened last Friday morning on Waterloo Station, Graham was walking along the platform when he slipped on a wet patch and fell. He tried to land without breaking his spectacles, but on looking at his feet, saw his right ankle broken and his foot facing the wrong way.
He is currently in St.Thmas's Hospital, North Wing, George Perkins Ward, Waterloo Road, London. However, it is hoped he will be returning home this coming Wednesday.
If anyone wishes to send a Get Well Card or words of encouragement, I'm sure they will be gratefully received. His address can be obtained via GNAS office, Derrick Lovell or myself.
I will continue to monitor Graham's condition and keep you all aware.

INJURY TO GRAHAM POTTS 9th Mar 2008
I have heard that Graham Potts has had a bad fall and has broken his leg. Apparently, he has had a 4-5 hour operation to pin it back together and will be out of action for several months. He is currently in a London Hospital somewhere near Waterloo Station, where the accident occured.
All Judges wish Graham a speedy and comfortable recovery and look forward to his return as soon as possible.
I will try to find more info and keep the site updated.

CONFERENCE 11th Feb 2008
If any Judge attending the Conference requires Lunch on Saturday prior to the event, please telephone Lilleshall Reception (Tel: 01952 603003) a day or two before. The problem is that if everyone does it as they arrive, the Kitchens may not have prepared enough food, so you may be refused.

Sadly, I have to inform you that Mary Alison, wife of John Alison (National Judge) passed away on Tuesday last. John, although he was expecting the worse as Mary was suffering from Lung Cancer is still very shaken.
Mary attended shoots with John and was always there to lend a helping hand if required.
I'm sure you all join me in passing on our best wishes to John at this sad time.
I am sure John would welcome any messages of support. He can be reached on 01772 619752.
(I am holding his address back for security reasons, but should anyone wish to send a letter or such, his details are available from the Registrar, Derrick Lovell on 01795 555230).

Guy Ely 4th Dec 2007
This is the sad news that one of the original National Judges, from the very start of the scheme, Guy Ely passed away on Thursday 29th November. Guy was an asset to all Judges and encouraged many of us to start judging, and encouraged us as we progressed through the ranks, His humour, and his undoubted ability will be greatly missed, he was one of lifes true gentlemen.

New Continental Judges 29th Nov 2007
We have had 3 National Judges recently attend a FITA Seminar in Rome, all 3 have passed the written paper and are now Continental Judges. They are Katy Lipscomb, Hannah Brown and Richard Breese.

Also, Graham Potts has been promoted to full International Judge. The National Judge Committee and I'm sure all other Judges congatulate them all on their achievements.
